Job Offer

Yesterday, my boss asks me what I thought about moving to a new position starting in April. I told him I would be happy with the decision.

And I am happy with it because it means that I am doing a good job in my current position and it is being recognized by peers and supervisors.

The negative aspects are that my salary will not change, however, I will have more responsibility and more work.
