Spaghetti and Meatballs
The following recipe is one I like to use:
Ingredients:
Pasta (8oz)
Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Ground Beef (1/2lb)
Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup grated)
Onion (1/4 cup chopped)
Milk (1/8 cup)
Egg
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Pasta Sauce (1 jar)
Equipment:
6 quart pot
2 large pots
cookie sheet
Colander
Large Bowl
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Combine bread crumbs, cinnamon, parmesan, onion, milk, beef, garlic, egg and pepper in a large bowl. Roll into meatballs (you pick the size, I think smaller is better - in this case). Place meatballs onto baking sheet.
3) Bake about 15 minutes or until well done.
While the meatballs are baking, you can start the sauce and pasta.
PASTA:
1) Boil 4 quarts of water in the huge ass pot.
2) Add salt to taste.
3) Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Pasta is done when you throw a piece of spaghetti onto the wall and it sticks.
4) Drain pasta in Colander.
5) Place into one of the smaller pots.
SAUCE:
1) Heat pasta sauce in other pot. Add meatballs and keep simmering until heated throughout.
Eat (preferably with salad, garlic bread & wine)
